What is dermarolling?

Dermarolling is a highly effective skin rejuvenating technique in which a dermaroller skin needling device is used. The device is a cylindrical drum shape surrounded by surgical grade microneedles. The device is rolled against the skin to create superficial tears. The mild trauma caused to the skin by the microneedling stimulates the production of collagen fibres and elastin.

Dermarolling treatments are simple, safe and fast. Each treatment lasts around 30 minutes. Stimulating the production of elastin and collagen in the skin without causing permanent damage. Microchannels in the skin are created through the treatment which enable greater absorption of active ingredients such as vitamin c serum to further enhance results.
