Sports massage
Sports massage is recommended for individuals who experience a consistent pain disorder, or maybe heavy involved in physical activity such as regular exercising, can also beneficial for individuals that may have sustained a physical injury, or maybe you’re just looking for a vigorous workout on your muscles.
Treatment can often help reduce strains, knots and nodule’s that can build up in muscles groups, usually due to poor posture and/or over exertion during exercise which can also undoubtedly restrict the range and movement of joints and limbs if not corrected. Regular sports massage treatments can often help prevent injuries occurring in the first place.
Psoas / hip flexor treatment
The psoas is one of the biggest and strongest muscles, located within a group of muscles, called the hip flexors. A deep-seated core muscle, the psoas connects the lumbar vertebrae (lower spine) to the femur (thigh bone). This grouping of hip flexors contracts to pull the thigh and the torso toward each other. The psoas affects posture and helps stabilize the spine. If it is out of balance, it can contribute to pelvic and low back pain. Colin speaclises in treating psoas and hip flexor issues using a combination approach of therapies.
